PHILIP SAYCE (CAN/US)
New Album Release Tour 2026
Presented by Classic Rock Magazine, Guitar & Bass, Eclipsed, Musix & Rockland
Philip Sayce is one of the most intense and electrifying blues rock guitarists of our time. His music combines raw energy with deep soul and displays an unmistakable signature style influenced by greats such as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Eric Clapton.
He began performing in Toronto as a teenager and joined Jeff Healey's band at an early age, touring worldwide with them for several years.
Further stints as a guitarist with acts such as Melissa Etheridge and Uncle Cracker followed.
Today, Sayce thrills international audiences as a solo artist—his explosive live performances are considered a special experience, which has also taken him to festivals such as Eric Clapton's Crossroads.
With his unmistakable “tone” and legendary Stratocaster “Mother,” Sayce brings an intensity to the stage that immediately gets under your skin. He combines tradition and modern sound aesthetics to create a style that sets standards in today's blues rock.
A new studio album is set to be released in spring 2026, and Philip Sayce will of course be performing some songs from the new album live on tour. We can't wait to see what else the “Guitar Wizard” has in store for us.
