Jimmy Cornett & The Deadmen - An explosive mix of earthy blues and rocking southern rock! The Hamburg band combines the musical genres of blues, country and rock with ease and was awarded the German Blues Award for the best album in 2018. But their true strength is only revealed live, where they thrill their audience with boiling hot guitar riffs, gnarly grooves and bluesy melodies. No wonder they play to sold-out concert halls and headline international festivals from Scandinavia to Spain. But the band's love of small clubs and random events is just as important to them. They work creatively with well-known film directors and inspire with songs from life. Jimmy Cornett (vocals, guitar), Dennis Adamus (lead guitar), Frank Jäger (bass) and Claudia Lippmann (drums) create a bridge between the present and the past and make us believe in the soul of music again.
The band has enthusiastic supporters such as the well-known American actors Eric Roberts and Emilio Rivera, the musicians Willie Nelson and ZZ Top (who chose the Deadmen as the opening act for their concert in France) as well as numerous enthusiastic concertgoers since the band was formed. In October 2024, the band released their new album “One Of A Kind” which was rewarded with an entry at #15 in the German I Tunes Album Charts. The single “The Rider” placed #1 Rock Spain in the Spanish I Tunes Charts.
In November 2024, Jimmy and the band accepted Harley Davison Santa Clarita's invitation to L.A. (USA) and welcomed star Robby Krieger from the Doors as a guest at their concert.
