1. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase of the tickets establishes contractual relationships with regard to the event only between the ticket purchaser (customer) and the respective organiser. The content of these contracts are the following terms and conditions. 3dog Entertainment OHG does not take over any guarantee for the event data mentioned in the online presence of the other organisers. The content of external internet pages, which the user can access through "links", does not become subject matter of the contract; neither 3dog Entertainment OHG nor the respective other organizer assumes any liability for this.

2. Cancellation / Postponement of Events

Tickets can only be returned if the event is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a relocation of the event, however, tickets may only be returned if the new event room is not reasonable for the Customer in consideration of his interests. The cancellation / rescheduling will be announced by the respective organiser without delay via his homepage and, if possible, also via the homepages of the ticket sales office and upon request by telephone. Before larger expenditures for the visit (e.g. journey) it is urgently recommended to check the homepages at 3dog Entertainment on the day of the event. The customer will be refunded the full ticket price (without fees of the advance booking offices), but only on presentation of the original tickets. The tickets must be returned to the advance booking office where they were purchased. No refunds are possible in case of ticket loss. 3dog Entertainment OGH refunds ticket prices only for their own events. For the events of other organisers 3dog Entertainment does not refund tickets.

3. Copyrights, Security Regulations

The artists do not allow any audio and/or video recordings. For this reason, it is not allowed to bring tape recorders, photo-. Film or video cameras may not be brought into the events. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons and weapon-like objects, fireworks, sparklers, laser pointers, glass and plastic bottles and cans into the event rooms. In case of violation, the material will be retained and the persons involved will be excluded from the event. The organiser reserves the right to inspect individual visitors and their bags, rucksacks etc. for dangerous objects if there are concrete indications or other security-relevant aspects, taking into account the security interests of all visitors on the one hand and the personal rights of the visitor concerned on the other. During live concerts, despite noise level monitoring, temporary over-noise levels in the amplification systems may occur, which could lead to individual hearing damage. Visitors are therefore requested to take protective measures for themselves and to keep sufficient distance from the loudspeaker boxes. The organiser will provide earplugs.

Privacy Policy

Personal data will only be used in accordance with German data protection law in relation to the initiated and executed business and will be treated in strict confidence. Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract. If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily.

5. Final Clause

Should individual provisions of the above condition be or become invalid, the validity of the rest of the contract shall not be affected. In place of the ineffective ones, the statutory provisions shall then apply. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

The sole place of performance for delivery, service and payment for all contracts concluded with 3dog Entertainment OGH or brokered by it, including cross-border contracts, is Dortmund.
